HGTV Home by Sherwin-Williams has unveiled its 2023 Color Collection of the Year and the 2023 Color of the Year. Called the Vintage Homestead Color Collection, the compilation of colors includes shades filled with balance, hope and comfort. From that collection, Darkroom has been named the 2023 Color of the Year.
“The Vintage Homestead Color Collection offers an effortless look that reveals the importance of being hopeful to find stability and balance,” says Ashley Banbury, HGTV Home by Sherwin-Williams senior color designer. “Our 2023 Color Collection of the Year revives elements from the past that are perfectly paired with vintage, comfortable and classic colors.”
Along with Darkroom, other colors in the Vintage Homestead collection include Poetry Plum, Restrained Gold, Natural Linen, Cool Beige, Austere Gray, Pewter Green, Glamour, Wall Street and Hot Cocoa.
