While any flowers or plants can be pressed, single-layer petals and flat-faced varieties press the best. Here are some more tips for perfectly pressing flowers:
- Choose flowers close to full bloom with no blemishes, tears or dark spots.
- Make sure flowers are completely dry
- Larger flowers like roses can be split in half before pressing
