Staff members with the North American Hardware and Paint Association (NHPA) are excited to head out on another journey to visit independent hardware and paint retailers in New York City with Renee on the Road. The association’s trip to the Big Apple is the second in a series of mini-road trips that take NHPA retail engagement specialist Renee Changnon to a variety of independent businesses across the country.

“We had so much fun finally getting back out and visiting with retailers on our first Renee on the Road trip to Florida,” Renee says. “I’m really excited to head to the city that doesn’t sleep and capture all the great things retailers are doing in New York City. We have several independent businesses, including some outside of our industry, that we will be visiting to share inspiration and perhaps give retailers the itch to plan a trip to New York.”
From Tuesday, May 24 through Thursday, May 26, the team will be visiting stores in Brooklyn and Manhattan, also showcasing as much of the city they can in a few days time.
